Lots of tracking yesterday (Friday). Less healthy eating or exercise. Hey ho. Today (Saturday) will feature exercise (a 7.5 mile walk organised by a friend) but a lot of partying. I may blog or I may not. Not sure yet.

Day Two
Pretty similar pictures to yesterday, surprise surprise.
Some thoughts:
1. Spinning was cancelled at Rothwell which really took me aback. I need another way to do cardio exercise on a horrible day.
2. A craving for water is very similar to a craving for a sugar which is why I misinterpreted the signal my body was giving me and got some Asda mallows in the afternoon.
3. It is so hard for me in food shops to be good. So hard.
4. I binged on some chocolate cookies this morning, entered them into my WLR journal and I realised that I still had calories in my allowance today. It did me so much good to put them into my journal and see them as a quantifiable thing rather than some unspeakable dark entity.
5. I'm worried about my Diet Pepsi intake - and, actually, fluids in general. I really binge on these, especially when I am watching my food consumption.

Day One
My main barrier to becoming slim is my eating. I find it very difficult to moderate food. I cannot imagine having one doughnut or one peanut m 'n' m. Unfortunately, I binge on both of those foods without thinking of the consequences. I cannot imagine going to a restaurant and not eating so much that I will feel tired and uncomfortable. My proposed solution is to track my eating on www.weightlossresources.co.uk.
I am not bad at exercising, when I am in the mood for it. I ran the Pudsey 10k race in July, without walking, and I completed a 4 hour exercise bike challenge. The trouble is that I don't always stick to the active lifestyle. I think I am getting better at it, but I need to make a conscious effort each day. My proposed solution is to get into a habit of going to spinning classes at the Rothwell Leisure Centre after work most days. I find spinning to be a real buzz.
