Good day yesterday. I put on calories overall but other good things happened:
1. Found a punchbag at the gym and enjoyed slugging the hell out of it for ten minutes
2. Had a beer at the pub (with some very nice people) but controlled the impact of the sugar rush and didn't binge on food
3. Went for a brisk walk at lunch
4. Tracked all my eating - for the first time in my new job
